Habits can either make us or break us. That is to say, we either gain from them or lose from them. Much of people’s health is a result of habits they either built themselves or accidentally got into. They are very powerful, as we get things out of them without requiring motivation. As such, it is linked to motivation; it is an exact science. We all have good and bad habits. I’m here to show you how these are done and directly relate them to problem prevention, exercises, stretches, and health hacks that I will show you. By the end of the seminar, I will kick-start a few powerful habits that will prevent and reverse muscular pains and problems I have had to fix with many of my clients as a physical therapist.
