Increase your Life Endurance

Whatever we do, it needs to be executed within this physical body; hence, tasks necessitate energy. The science of enduring activities for extended periods finds extensive application in many sports; indeed, it’s compulsory in most sports. Nevertheless, this heightened energy capacity remains largely unexploited in our professional roles. Why do we not strive to enhance our energy capacity for work, enabling us to: a. undertake tasks with heightened vigour, and b. sustain increased energy levels post-work? .

Sports activities mirror the demands of our daily tasks, suggesting that we can improve endurance similarly. Leveraging my academic expertise in sports studies and ongoing research, I intend to elucidate this concept down to the cellular level, empowering us to increase our life capacity
