Fascia Rebalance — Standing
A two-movement reset for anyone who stands for a living — teachers, baristas, surgeons, retail, hospitality, lab techs, security. Run it every 30 minutes. High-lunge opener and forward fold. Under two minutes. Designed to be printed and pinned.
Why every 30 minutes
Sustained standing loads the posterior chain — calves, hamstrings, glutes, lumbar erectors — into a fixed isometric. After 25–30 minutes the fascia along the posterior line begins to stiffen and the anterior line shortens. The high-lunge + forward fold sequence reverses both in under two minutes. Done every 30 minutes through an 8-hour shift, it prevents the chronic stiffness that becomes lower-back pain over months.
How to use the poster
- Print it. A4 or A3, colour or black-and-white — the QR code works either way.
- Pin it. Break room, behind the bar, the back of the kitchen, the staffroom door. Anywhere your team stands.
- Scan the QR. Each poster's QR code opens the full video walkthrough on the PPWellness YouTube channel — the team can run it on their phone the first time, then memorise it.
- Set a 30-minute timer. Phone alarm, kitchen timer, smartwatch nudge — whatever works.
The poster is free. The video tutorial is free. The system is designed to be shared — pass it to any team that stands.
Pair the poster with recovery tools
The poster is the daily intervention. For deeper tissue work — between shifts, end of day, weekends — these are the tools the PPWellness clinic actually uses with standing-worker clients. Every product links to your nearest affiliate platform.
