01 · Standard

The depth most seminars stop at.

02 · Foundation

Sports science as the lens.

Physiology. Biomechanics. Coaching theory. Periodisation. The social aspects of sport — functionalism, feminism, Marxism, critical action theories — that explain why some workplaces compound and others collapse. This is undergraduate-degree material. Most seminars have never read it.

03 · Practice

Eleven years on the table.
