Most clients start with a single 90-minute session. For multi-layered patterns, a package or programme is what actually resolves it.

24-hour notice for free reschedule. Less than 24 hours forfeits the slot — except for genuine emergencies. Packages non-refundable but transferable within household.
PPW is private practice, not a registered medical clinic. We don't issue medical certificates or insurance reimbursement letters. Clean receipts available on request.
