The small print

Voucher terms

  • Valid for 12 months

    From the date Victor issues it.

  • Paid before the treatment

    Your voucher is confirmed once payment is received. Unpaid vouchers are cancelled after 7 days, and no treatment is given on an unpaid voucher.

  • Non-refundable, but transferable

    Vouchers can't be refunded. You can pass one on to someone else.

  • Wellness, not medical care

    These treatments are a wellness practice. They do not replace diagnosis or treatment from a doctor.

  • 24 hours' notice to reschedule
