1 · NAD+ precursors
NMN or NR. Rebuilds mitochondrial currency. The foundation of the longevity stack.
2 · Collagen + vitamin C
The raw material fascia needs to rebuild after therapy. Take them together — vitamin C is the co-factor.
3 · Magnesium glycinate
For sleep, nervous system down-regulation, and muscle recovery. The single most underrated supplement on this list.
4 · Omega-3 (high EPA)
Anti-inflammatory, joint, brain. Buy triglyceride form, not ethyl ester.
